FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I book a OTB camp? Click the book now button in the booking section on this page and you will be directed to our booking system. You will need to complete a one time registration account on our booking system before making your booking.
When do OTB camps run? Our camps run during all of the school holiday periods apart from the christmas holidays. We run for 4 weeks during the summer holidays.
When does booking open to book a space at a OTB camp? Booking normally opens around 5/6 weeks prior to the camp starting. Subscribe to our mailing list to receive email notifications when camp booking has opened.
What ages do OTB camps cater for? Our camps are open for children in Reception to Year 6. We can not take children who are in nursery and not yet in Reception.
Do you provide food at the camps? No. Chidren will need to bring a packed lunch and snacks with them each day.
Can I use childcare vouches or tax free credits to pay for an OTB camp? Yes. We accept childcare vouchers and tax free credits at all of our camps.
What time should I drop off and pick up my child? Drop off can be anytime from 8am. We recommend arriving before 10am as this is when children start their first activity session. Pick up time can be anytime before 6pm. We would recommend anytime after 4.30pm as this is when children would have finished all of their activity sessions for the day.
Can I cancel my booking? Yes, you can cancel your booking anytime up until the day your child is due to attend the camp. You will receive a credit refund onto your booking account to use towards a future camp. We can not refund money back to personal bank accounts.
What type of activities does an OTB camp provide? Our activity sessions are based around fun and engaging games that keep children happy and active. We also offer indoor activities in the form of, arts and crafts, creative play, lego and board games plus lots more.
Are children split into groups during the camp? Children are split into groups for their activity sessions. Groups are based on age E.G Reception group, Year 1 group... During free play periods children will mix and play freely.
What type of staff work at an OTB camp? At OTB we pride ourselves on recruitting the best team of staff to look after the children in our care. We only recruit staff who work full time in primary education. Our team consist of teachers, teaching assistants and PE teachers.

Please ensure that you select the correct year group for you child
You will receive an email confirmation once you have made your booking, which will include an invoice for your booking.
If you are paying using childcare vouchers or tax free credits, it will ask for the date of your payment. Please select the date on which you are making your booking and then make your payment through your voucher company.
If you cancel your booking you will receive a credit refund to use at a future camp
