• You will need to register a parent account before making a booking (This is just a one off registration). *You do not need to insert doctors address - just write N/A
   

• You will then need to add your child/children to your account before making a booking.
   

• VERY IMPORTANT - For parents booking multiple children - you must only book one child at a time. Once you have booked your first child, please then select BOOK MORE and then add your second child. 
   

• Please make sure you select your child's correct year group. (Do not select more than one year group at a time)
   

• If you are paying using childcare vouchers or tax free credits, it will ask for the date of your payment. Please select the date on which you are making your booking and then make your payment through your voucher company asap.
   

• You will receive an email confirmation once you have made your booking, which will include an invoice for your booking.

• All cancelations will now be refunded as credit back to your booking account. We can no longer make refunds to your bank account.
